Sponge Foam Compression Hardness Tester Force Value Test Machine
This machine is used to determine the concave hardness of porous elastic material. The foam samples of polyurethane sponge can be tested according to the national standard, and the compressive hardness of such materials as sponge and foam can be accurately measured. It can also be used to measure the compression hardness of seat foam (such as backrest, cushion foam, etc.)
PRINCIPLES:
When the sponge foam compression stress test places the specimen between the upper and lower pressure plates, and the upper pressure plate compresses the specimen of a certain size down at a specified speed to the concavity specified in the A method (B method, C method) required by the national standard, the load element on the specimen will feedback the induced pressure to the controller for processing and display, thus measuring the compression hardness of the specimen such as sponge and foam.
